What can I expect from the event?
The Madrid Formula E World Championship will be held on Saturday, March 21, 2026, at the Madrid Jarama-RACE Circuit, as part of the 12th season of Formula E. The ABB FIA Formula E World Championship visits some of the world's most iconic locations, offering exciting races and serving as an international showcase for the development of electric vehicle technology and sustainable mobility. It is the FIA's first all-electric world championship and the only motorsport certified as carbon neutral from its inception.
Where does the experience take place?
The experience will take place at the Madrid Jarama-RACE Circuit. The address is Exit 26 (via service road) of the A-1, San Sebastián de los Reyes, Madrid.
Is the event indoors or outdoors?
It is an outdoor event.
How long does the experience last?
The full day lasts approximately 8 hours.
Will food and drink be available?
Yes, the circuit will have food and drink stands.
What is the nearest public transport?
The Madrid Jarama-RACE Circuit does not have a direct metro connection, but it can be reached by intercity bus from Madrid (Plaza de Castilla) or by car.
Will parking be available?
Yes, the Madrid Jarama-RACE Circuit has public parking lot no. 1, with access from exit 26 of the A-1.
Is there a dress code?
No specific clothing is required to attend the event. We recommend comfortable clothing and footwear, as well as a cap, hat, and sunscreen for your comfort during the day.

Can I take photos or videos?
Photographs are allowed and may be shared for personal, private, and non-commercial purposes only. When taking photographs, please ensure that you do not disturb other people. Professional equipment and tripods are not allowed.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes, official FIA Formula E products will be available at the event store.
About tickets
What types of tickets will be available?
- Numbered tickets (Farina A, Farina B, Cubierta, Supersiete, and VIP Chicane grandstands): These will give one person access to a seat and the assigned parking lot.
- PRM ticket: For people with reduced mobility, the Recta grandstand is recommended.
Do children and minors need a ticket?
- GRANDSTANDS. Children under 3 years of age do not need a ticket if they do not occupy a seat in the grandstands.
- Remember that there is up to a 50% discount for minors up to 25 years of age (except in the VIP Chicane grandstand).
MINORS under 18 (up to a maximum of 2) must be accompanied by an adult and in accordance with the following regulations:
Children under 2 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (one adult for every two children).
- Children under 6 accompanied by another responsible adult must present written authorization from a parent or guardian (one adult for every two children).
Remember that all minors must always be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.
Can I buy tickets at the box office?
NO. We also recommend buying in advance as tickets may sell out.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can easily transfer them from the Fever app for free.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You will receive your QR ticket with a numbered seat number shortly before the event, via email and in your user account.
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in using the same login method you used to make the purchase.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, in the tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in with the same account you used to purchase the tickets. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact us.
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
For this event, all sales are final and tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged, or modified. For more information, please see our T&Cs.

Accessibility
Should I arrive first thing in the morning?
As the date approaches, check www.jarama.org for the schedule of the race and complementary activities. Outdoor public parking lot #1 will open at 8 a.m.
Can I bring pets?
Pets are not allowed on the premises of this event. Properly registered service dogs are allowed. Please note that documentation will be required to verify this.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the Madrid Jarama-RACE Circuit has adapted access and areas reserved for people with reduced mobility.
What accessibility measures will be in place?
- Adapted platforms in the stands.
- Accessible bathrooms.
- Wheelchair-accessible bars and stands.
- Support staff in accessibility areas.
What items are prohibited?
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE VENUE: Glass bottles, cans, and any containers or objects that may be considered dangerous (e.g., knives, scissors, and similar items), alcoholic beverages, tent-like structures, tents, or similar items, scooters, bicycles, and other personal mobility devices, flares or smoke bombs, professional-grade image recording equipment.
THE FOLLOWING ARE PERMITTED IN THE VENUE: Food and non-alcoholic beverages, coolers, umbrellas, and chairs for the lawn area, provided they do not disturb other spectators, plastic bottles up to 1.5 liters with caps, cartons (except in indoor rooms, terraces, and VIP areas), and baby strollers.
Is it suitable for people with hearing impairments?
We are pleased to confirm that people with hearing impairments will be able to enjoy this experience.
Can I combine two purchases so we can sit together?
Purchases are independent, so we cannot guarantee that separate reservations will be seated together in the stands. If you want to make sure you are next to your family or friends, we recommend purchasing all tickets in a single transaction.
Will there be restrooms?
There are numerous restroom areas available on the premises.
Is there a lost and found service?
We recommend checking directly with event staff or contacting the organization after the event.
